Here is your chance to influence the future of our area and improve our sense of community.
We want you to let us know what makes you Glad, Sad and Mad about our area. And how you feel it can be changed and made better.
We have prepared the questionnaires very carefully to help us produce a well-informed report. It should also help us get project funding. Please take the time to fill it in and encourage your friends and family to do so too. It will make a real difference.
We will use all your views to write a report and an action plan. These will be published for all to see later this year. We will set out what people really care about, what needs to be done and a plan to do it. We hope to make ‘Envisage’ a charity to help us raise funds and make your ideas come true.
Please help us to make 2008 the start of the rebuilding of our sense of community.
To ensure we gather views from all perspectives we have four questionnaires to choose from:-
- The General Questionnaire is for individuals who live in the area and gives you an opportunity to express your views as a resident.
- The Business Questionnaire is for businesses to express their views from a business point of view.
- The Children's Questionnaire is for our younger members of the community to provide their views.
- The Visitor's Questionnaire is for all those who live outside the area but have visited the Envisage area i.e. Cobham, Downside, Oxshott or Stoke D′Abernon.
All our questionnaires can be completed anonymously.
